Rental Questions
How do I place a rental order?
Use our contact form or call us directly. Provide your location, dates needed, estimated user count, and preferred unit type. We'll respond with a tailored quote within 2 business hours.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Long-term contracts (3 months or more) qualify for discounted pricing.
Is servicing included in the rental price?
Yes. Standard rental includes delivery, pickup, and one service visit per week. For high-traffic sites or events exceeding 3 days, additional servicing can be scheduled at an extra fee.
What happens if a unit is damaged during my rental?
Minor damage is assessed on return. Significant damage resulting from misuse or negligence may incur a repair charge. We recommend reviewing the rental agreement for full details.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes. Contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date and we will arrange an extension, subject to availability.
Do you deliver to remote or rural areas?
Yes, though delivery surcharges may apply beyond a standard radius. Contact us with your exact location for a delivery quote.
Sales Questions
Do new units come with a warranty?
All new portable toilet units carry a manufacturer's structural warranty of at least 5 years. Luxury trailers carry a 3-year full coverage warranty. Certified pre-owned units carry our own 12-month certified warranty.
Can I buy in bulk?
Absolutely. We regularly supply rental companies, event hire businesses, and government contractors with bulk orders of 10–500+ units. Volume pricing is available — contact us for a bulk quote.
What payment methods do you accept for purchases?
We accept bank wire transfer, major credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency via xaman wallet. Crypto payments are settled on the XRP Ledger for speed and low fees.
Can units be shipped internationally?
Yes. We coordinate freight forwarding to most international destinations. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us for an international shipping quote.
Hygiene & Maintenance
How often should a portable toilet be serviced?
For standard use, once per week is the industry norm. High-traffic scenarios (100+ users per day) may require 2–3 service visits per week. Our team will advise the appropriate schedule based on your usage.
What chemicals are used inside the units?
We use biodegradable deodorising chemicals that comply with environmental disposal regulations. The formulas contain biocides, blue dye, and fragrance agents — safe for standard wastewater treatment plants.
Are the units clean when delivered?
Every unit is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and inspected before delivery. You will receive a unit that has been chemically sanitised and stocked with fresh supplies.
Regulations & Compliance
How many toilets are required by law for a construction site?
Requirements vary by jurisdiction. In the United States, OSHA mandates a minimum of 1 toilet per 20 workers. In the EU, requirements are set at national level. We advise on compliance for your specific location.
Do I need an ADA-compliant unit for my event?
Any public event in the US that deploys portable toilets must include at least one ADA-accessible unit. Failure to comply can result in fines and exclusion from future permits.
