1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website toilet.it.com ("Site") or engaging our rental or sales services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

toilet.it.com provides portable toilet rental and sales services. The specific terms of any rental or sales agreement (including pricing, duration, delivery logistics, and service schedules) are set out in a separate order confirmation or contract issued to you upon booking. In the event of any conflict, the order confirmation takes precedence over these general Terms.

3. Rental Terms

3.1 Booking & Deposit

A rental booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed order form (or written email acceptance) and payment of the required deposit. The deposit amount is stated in the quote and is non-refundable except where we are unable to fulfil the order.

3.2 Delivery & Collection

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver units within the agreed timeframe. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). You must ensure adequate site access for delivery vehicles.

3.3 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) ensuring the unit is not moved from its agreed location without our consent; (b) preventing damage beyond fair wear and tear; (c) preventing the introduction of materials (including wipes, sanitary products, and chemicals) not approved by us; (d) ensuring appropriate access for our service teams during the rental period.

3.4 Damage & Loss

You are liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any unit damaged or lost during the rental period through misuse, negligence, or theft. We reserve the right to invoice you for such costs on return of the unit.

4. Sales Terms

All sales are subject to a separate sales agreement. Title to goods passes to the buyer on receipt of full payment. Risk transfers to the buyer on delivery. New units are sold with manufacturer warranty; pre-owned units carry our 12-month certified warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

5. Payment

Payment is due in accordance with the invoice terms stated in your order confirmation. We accept bank transfer, major payment cards, and cryptocurrency via xaman wallet. Overdue invoices may attract late payment interest at the applicable statutory rate. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund of any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order value. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or the use of this Site shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of toilet.it.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Use of the Site

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to scrape or harvest data without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant service contract is executed. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
